Yale Class of '78 musician friends, we're organizing a share-the-music event later on the Friday night of the reunion. We'd love to hear from classmates who are still playing and would like to participate. Sing a song, play a tune. Alone, with others. I'm available to provide accompaniment. Just give me a hint (and some music if you can) of what you plan to do. Best to David Barnett  at David@FairLibertysCall.com.

Dear Classmate and Friends,

It’s official! To date, our Class of 1978 has the highest registration numbers for a 40th reunion. These are the best numbers our AYA liaison has seen for a 40th reunion since she joined AYA!

If you want to see who is coming to the reunion click here to see the online registration list. If your name has a "" beside it, you have officially registered.

If you have not registered, click here!

This should be quite the party with about 40 classmates from Saybrook and over 25 classmates from both Pierson and Silliman. The other colleges are well represented with great turnout numbers. We expect to see these registration numbers grow as we get into the "reunion month" of May.

Your reunion volunteers have created a great schedule for you.  A few highlights include:

Thursday night (5/31)

  • Welcome back party (open bar and appetizers are free to classmates & guests; even if you are not registered for the whole reunion) at 5:30 pm in the Pierson Courtyard

Friday (6/1)

  • Tours of the Yale University Art Gallery arranged by classmate Helen DuBois
  • Beer & whiskey tasting courtesy of classmate Tom Potter and supervised by classmate Don Moloney
  • Carillon tour (see schedule for details; limited to first 15 who sign up at my78bells@gmail.com
  • Cabaret organized by classmate David Barnett (add your performance by contacting David at David@FairLibertysCall.com)
