Shana will share fun facts, insider tips, and take you along a few surprising paths and walkways. She'll set the pace to about a 20-minute mile on paved paths and sidewalks. There may be one "surprising" hill, but otherwise, the routes are flat and stroller friendly. You'll forget that you're even exercising as you learn more about Yale and New Haven. The walking tour combines fitness with routes featuring the new residential colleges, the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History's Torosaurus, the Yale Farm, the art installation showcasing all 14 college shields, and more! Join Yale’s ecumenical Christian community for Sunday worship, which will include prayers for alumni who have died, a sermon by The Reverend William Eddy '68, and wonderful music and liturgy.

After Yale, Bill Eddy helped to found “The 100 Worst Buildings in New York City.” In response to the immediate needs of tenants, the organization assisted thousands of families living in landlord-abandoned buildings to secure heat and hot water and other essential repairs. During this time, Bill was invited to train for the priesthood at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, the result being a forty-year career serving in more than twenty-five parishes, “the tenements of faith.”
