2007 Gathering at The Cask Republic

Early arrivals will gather at The Cask Republic at 179 Crown Street for good food and an outstanding beer selection. The Cask Republic is just one of the new bars to open in downtown New Haven since we graduated.

2007 Happy Hour Under the Tent

Ohh sev gets the party started with refreshments including carefully-selected beer and wine.  The bartender’s special themed cocktail is a must-try to get you ready to laissez les bons temps rouler at dinner! 

2007 Dinner Under the Tent

Get in the purple, green, and gold spirit and join your classmates for dinner with a Big Easy flair!  Let Yale Catering transport you from New Haven to New Orleans (our special themed pre-dinner cocktails will help with that, too) as sustainable food meets impressive regional cuisine (Mark Twain said “New Orleans food is as delicious as the less criminal forms of sin.”)  This memorable menu wouldn’t be complete without three decadent dessert options (no tofu apple crisp here).

2007 Post Dinner Reception

Just like on Bourbon St., the good times will keep rolling through the night—stick around for post-dinner drinks, music, and dancing till 1am.

2007 Saturday Lunch

Buenos tardes!  After last night’s jaunt to the bayou, Yale Catering takes us to the Great Southwest.  This laid-back buffet features delicious Tex-Mex grill offerings, a nacho bar, and an assortment of sides (try the avocado tomato salad—trust us). Wine and beer till 1:30pm. ¡Buen provecho!

Reunion Day of Service

The Association of Yale Alumni is proud to announce a new partnership with Dwight Hall at Yale, and the establishment of the Reunion Day of Service in New Haven. This pilot program will give the Classes of 2002 and 2007 the opportunity to celebrate their reunion by giving back to the New Haven community. Just as your contributions to the New Haven community made a difference when you were a student, your commitment to volunteer at Reunions is greatly appreciated. An email will be sent out soon with information about registration and service sites. Check back for details!

How to Survive the Toddler Years

A lighthearted, interactive workshop to explore the inner workings of toddlers' minds and the challenges facing parents as they experience their children's emerging sense of autonomy.  Parenting issues, including feeding, sleeping, toilet training, and discipline will be discussed.  Questions encouraged.

2007 Cocktails Under the Tent

After checking out some lectures, a Celebration of Yale Singing, our ’07 scavenger hunt, or taking advantage of some of the other fun reunion offerings, get your cameras ready and join your classmates back in the Silliman Courtyard for a pre-dinner cocktail hour.

2007 Class Dinner in Commons

Come dressed to impress and cross the street to Commons for our swanky class dinner!  Dinner wines will be served, Bright College Years will be sung, and memories will be shared as we enjoy a finely-prepared feast from around the world.  How bright will seem, through mem'ry's hazethose happy, golden, bygone days! 

Bonus: the college with the best reunion attendance will receive a special champagne toast.  Make sure all of your friends are here for this special event!

2007 Party Under the Tent

Ain’t no party like an ohhh sev party—this is what we’ve all been waiting for.   The past five years have so diminished our awkwardness and boosted our self-assurance that we will dance to Gunther and the Sunshine Girls with no shame, and have the most fun we’ve ever had as a class since Last Chance Dance (minus the major chemical gas leak!). Dance the night away till they shut us down at 1:30am—you’ll want to stick around till the end for a special surprise!

Farewell Breakfast in Commons

Enjoy memories of Commons and a final gathering with friends at this delicious breakfast for all classes, featuring muffins, coffee cake, bagels, oatmeal, grits, Belgian waffles, eggs, French toast, potatoes, bacon, sausage, fruit, coffee, and juices. We promise you won't go home hungry!
