Over 120 domestic and 40 international Yale Clubs and Associations help alumni connect “for the greater good.” These regional groups of Yale alumni, students, parents and friends are run by volunteers and reflect Yale's core values of education, community, and service.
Connect with friends old and new, continue lifelong learning, give back to your local community and explore professional opportunities, all the while helping to enhance Yale's reputation where you are. Make use of this valuable resource when you travel or move!
These awards are a new initiative by the AYA Board of Governors to recognize superior accomplishment among AYA-affiliated alumni associations. Awards nominations were solicited by the Board in June 2012 and then reviewed by the Programs Committee of the AYA Board. The awards for 2012 were announced at the AYA Assembly LXXII in New Haven by Volunteer Leadership Committee Chair Marv Berenblum ’56 and AYA Board Chair Jimmy Lu ’77.
Awards were given out in many categories, to both individuals and groups, but here we’d like to recognize the awards presented to Yale Clubs.
